Cash App and Square are owned by the same parent company: Block. I collaborated closely with Square’s designers, and led design on the Cash App side to leverage Square consumer features into Cash App consumer experiences. Comms Platform: A Cross-org Messaging Platform
I was lead designer on Lyft’s Comms Platform in defining a multi-organizational framework on how we communicate with our riders - used by every team touching the Rider app. Our work reduced dev and design time, and ensured we sent the right message at the right time to the right user.

Driver Personalities: Building a Bond Between Riders and Drivers
As lead designer on Rider Delight, it was my responsibility to ensure we were discovering the right problems around building empathy between riders and drivers. We sat at the intersection of Product Design and Brand Design. I collaborated closely with Design Systems, Brand, Marketing, Core Rider, Identity Team, Driver Loyalty, and Core Driver teams to inject brand moments into the ride experience.

Subscriptions: A New Business Model in Rideshare
I led design on Lyft Subscriptions when a subscription business model was still a novel concept for rideshare. Our success turned us into a top 10 company initiative and evolved into today’s LyftPink membership program.
Postmates
Fleet: A Design-led Redesign
As the most senior individual contributor on the Design team, I led the redesign of the Fleet app used by Postmates’ couriers. The redesign improved the experience and integrated product optimizations in delivery to scale the business.
One Medical
Video Visits: Faster, Patient-centric Care
Working on the patient-facing app at One Medical, I led design for the Video Visits app on both iOS and Android. I also spearheaded the strategy for integrating this feature into the in-office booking flow which freed up valuable in-office appointments for patients with serious issues as patients with minor issues started using Video Visits.

Secure Messaging: HIPAA-Compliant Messaging
Launching a HIPAA-compliant secure form of messaging was the highest priority for One Medical. I designed the Android and responsive web experiences, and later product iterations of the iOS app. My work sustained the continuity of patient care with medical providers and the rest of the care team.
